The USPTO has issued U.S. Patent No. 11,785,970 entitled, “Method for treating meat and seafood products with rice bran extract.” This patent adds to FFP’s existing intellectual property related to VegStable® Plus, as they had previously received Patent No. 11,484,051 on November 1, 2022, entitled “Rice bran extract compositions.” Both patents pertain to compositions involving rice bran extract and methods for making and using rice bran extract as a clean label alternative to chemical phosphate.
