In Uncertain Times, We Remain Your Reliable Partner

We expect to continue our 100% service level. Our U.S.‐based operations include safety stock, to avoid supply disruptions.

The respiratory disease caused by the novel (new) coronavirus was first detected in China and has now
been detected in 60 locations internationally, including in the United States. The virus has been named
“SARS-CoV-2” and the disease it causes has been named “coronavirus disease 2019” (abbreviated
“COVID-19”).

In response to the events surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, Florida Food Products has conducted
internal discussions concerning future business continuity. These discussions and planning are ongoing
given the evolving situation.

Florida Food Products extracts vegetable juice in our plant located in Eustis, FL and will not be negatively
affected by any custom delays for imported product. In addition, FFP maintains a significant amount of
inventory on site in order to avoid any supply disruptions under these types of situations. We are
extremely confident in maintaining our 100% OTAC (on-time, accurate and complete) order
performance which you rely on. Finally, all suppliers have been contacted and requested to provide
updates on any supply chain disruptions. To date, no supply chain disruptions are anticipated. As the
events surrounding the outbreak are still evolving, this is an ongoing process.

As a SQF certified facility, Florida Food Products has a documented Supplier Quality Program and a Crisis
Management – Business Continuity Plan. These policies are being referred to guide decision making in
this evolving situation. Management meets regularly to discuss the current status of our supply chain.
These discussions include senior members of the sales team should any future customer notification regarding supply chain disruption or manufacturing, be required.

Based on input from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the immediate health risk to
the general American public from COVID-19, is considered low.

Additional education and training are being provided to Florida Food Products employees, based on
recommendations provided by the CDC. Key points are:

  1. Emphasize staying home when sick, respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene by all employees.
  2. Perform routine environmental cleaning.
  3. Advise employees before traveling, to take certain steps.
