The FFP quality control staff has decades of food processing experience. Our staff and lab technicians are trained to meet the growing number of regulatory requirements of customers and governments.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines are certified by an independent auditor and are compliant with federal regulations. Each shift is monitored at process points by technicians to meet strict specification requirements. Our laboratory routinely performs HPLC, spectrophotometric measurements, color, brix, pH, moisture, particle size, and micro analysis.
GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) are documented and enforced. FFP is registered with the FDA as mandated to meet the FDA Bioterrorism Act requirements.
CIP (Clean in Place) systems throughout our all-stainless processing lines are complemented with post clean-up CHARM analysis. Magnets, bag filters, water analysis, insect control, stainless sleeves, and pressure alarms are a part of our total quality commitment.
The International Aloe Science Council (IASC) routinely inspects our aloe products for content and purity. FFP's factory and farms are certified by the IASC.
Quality Certification Services (QCS) is an ISO 65 compliant body that adheres to USDA Natural Organic Program (NOP) guidelines. The Soil Association and Institut fur Marktoekologie GmbH are European agencies able to facilitate European organic regulatory requirements for FFP products.
Kosher requirements are satisfied by the Orthodox Union with routine inspections.
