Florida Food Products Founders

Jerry Brown Sr.Jerry Brown, Sr. (1922-1995), the founder of FFP, had a vision with agriculture as its core. Taking advantage of the opportunities Florida agriculture had to offer, Brown Sr. built a lasting foundation for his sons, Jerry and Tom, to expand.

 

The brothers are fourth-generation Florida natives, and are thoroughly familiar with the region. Jerry has a BS in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and Tom is a graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Finance. 

 

Jerry, President/OwnerJerry, President/Owner (32 yrs) of Florida Food Products, has been successful in growing the business from a local citrus processor to an international supplier of food and cosmetic ingredients. He is on the Board of Directors Florida Hospital Waterman,and serves as President of the Lake Eustis Foundation. He is a member of International Food Technologists, International Warehouse Logistics Association, and the American Filtration Association.

 

 

 

 

Tom BrownTom, Vice-President/Owner Florida Food Products, Inc., has 27 years experience in food, cosmetic, nutraceutical and agricultural ingredient marketing and sales promotion both in US and international markets, and is a member of the International Food Technologists, Society of Cosmetic Chemists and serves on the Board of Directors of the International Aloe Science Council.
